assess restocking fees at its own discretion. **
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your product(s)*.
Defective products or damages from shipping are eligible for credit or replacement
within 10 days of delivery. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective
merchandise via ground shipment at AirWater's expense.
Return shipping on defective merchandise may be reimbursed up to the original
shipping cost of the item minus a $3 restocking fee. Please contact AirWater
for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Packages must have RA number written
visibly on the shipping box with a brief description of the product defect
inside. Please return all items in the original packaging. AirWater is
not responsible for any item not received at its warehouse. We will
not accept returns on items without an RA number. Allow 10-14 business
days for processing returns for credit.
All non-defective returns will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition,
and will include all original packaging material, all documentation, i.e. manuals,
warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any
component of the returned product is missing, AirWater may choose to impose
additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component. Customer
agrees to bear all shipping fees for returned merchandise with the exception
of defective merchandise. AirWater deducts the cost of shipping from the total purchase to
calculate refunds.
- All Soleus product returns, including damaged and defective merchandise,
must be reported within five (5) days of delivery. Items cannot be returned
without an RA number and must contain all original packaging and contents.
