UCHW-H24AF2 model is a multi-functional split AC that offers cooling, heating and dehumidification functions and has a cooling power of 24000 BTU. It has a capacity to cover area of up to 700- 1000 sq. ft which makes it ideal for cooling a larger area with sheer evenness. This unit is a wonderful alternate to window AC or wall AC. It comes with two separate units - a streamlined air handler, which gets installed inside the room and a separate ventilation box for outside installation. Its refrigerant and condensate lines relay through a small hole to the outside unit. This unit is extremely quiet as the compressor and condenser coil are outside. This Split Air Conditioner also includes a condenser (UCHW-H24CF2 ), a lineset kit (USH7F2), drain and a wall bracket.
